PTSD and Mental Claims

Many veterans serve state side or overseas and have many kinds of mental and/or mood disorders that are a result of this service.  They can result as a result of combat or non-combat activities, training, various assaults, or due to other service-connected problems.  Most common, among those are veterans who suffer from service-connected physical issues and then due to long term impacts of a pain disorder their mood deteriorates as a result of these other service-connected problems.  We are qualified to handle all of these various types of mental claims.  Typically, whether the claim is for PTSD, depression, bipolar, adjustment order, etc. they are under the same rating schedule/criteria based on your level of impairment.  For instance, veterans don’t necessarily earn any more benefit for PTSD as opposed to depression or anxiety.
